Job postings

We ensure that job postings provide a realistic job preview.

Receipt of your application

Wether you have applied for a specific job posting or spontaneously sent us your résumé for future opportunities, we will consider your application.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you and it will be our pleasure to contact you if your application corresponds to an available opportunity.

If no position is available, we will keep your application for a period of at least one (1) year.

Telephone interview

If a position is available and your application meets our selection criteria, a member of our team will contact you.

The first contact by telephone allows us to select candidates for the interview.

Interview(s)

Only those candidates who have been selected following  a telephone interview will be contacted and invited to a formal interview.

This is a meeting with the leader you would be working with and a member of our Human Resources team. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions necessary for your decision-making process.

Our interviews are carefully prepared and structured, as well as being adapted to each position.

We also have some flexibility regarding the time it can take place. Interviews may be conducted outside of business hours.

A second interview is possible. It will allow us to explore more specifically certain topics.

Background checks and assessments

For certain positions, skill assessments are required. They may be technical tests (linguistic or software), psychometric tests or knowledge-based tests.

A member of our team will be happy to explain everything in more detail at the required time.

We may ask for references. Be prepared!

Offer

Congratulations! You have been selected for the job! A member of our team will contact you by telephone to go over the remaining details.

Don’t hesitate to ask any last questions before making your decision. We have chosen you; you have to choose us too!

Whether you have been selected or not, you will be contacted.

It is important for us that candidates receive feedback following their interview(s).

If you require additional information, we invite you to contact the recruitment team member who has guided you through this process.

Welcome and orientation

Once the application process is done and the offer has been accepted, our work continues. Our team will guide you through orientation in your new role.

A support program exists to guide our managers into integrating their new employees. You will meet your team and you will be able to start your new job with no worries.

A human resources professional will also meet with you to inform you of the benefits available. This close collaborator will be a precious resource during your career with us!
