Montreal, September 25, 2025 - After several weeks of construction, the 117th Super C store officially opened its doors this morning in Pincourt. Thanks to an investment of more than $4 million, the 35,570-square-foot store employs 85 people, including with the vast majority being Metro former employees, as well as about 20 new colleagues. The inauguration took place Wednesday evening in the presence of many dignitaries and members of the management.

The Super C banner, which was recognized as Quebec’s leading discount retailer in terms of customer experience by the WOW Léger 2024 study, opens its doors at 107 Cardinal-Léger Boulevard in front of the former Metro. In keeping with the evolving needs of consumers, the store offers spacious aisles or online through the click and collect option as well as home delivery. In addition, self-serve checkouts have been installed, as in all Super C stores, to speed up and improve customer service.
To celebrate this major investment in the community, Super C also presented a $5,000 cheque to Moisson Sud-Ouest, a long-time partner, notably through our food recovery program One More Bite.
This new store is part of Super C's expansion strategy, to enable even more Quebecers to benefit from its offer of quality products at low prices, every day.
